Fimar

The creation of the FIMAR brand took place in 1974 in the city of Rimini (Italy), in a small workshop that repair and install electromechanical equipment.

5 years later, in 1979, from an idea of its founder Oriano Tamburini who, after several years working with his father-in-law in a small precision workshop for third parties, decided to found a new company for the production of food preparation machinery.

The first machine designed and manufactured by Fimar in 1979, was the Meat Mincer available today in a number of sizes, combined with the grater or in its latest version refrigerated. The equipment with the Fimar brand are all Made in Italy designed for the needs of restaurants, butchers, bars, canteens, supermarkets and professional activities.
